About these terms

These terms govern use of the Kedino website and services. In these terms, “Kedino”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this store. Our online store is hosted by Shopify. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to the applicable terms presented to you. Purchases are also governed by our Terms of sale, Shipping policy and Return and refund policy. Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.

Using the store

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase. If you allow a minor to use the website, you are responsible for supervising that use. You must provide accurate account, contact, billing and order information and keep account credentials secure.

You must not use the store for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, infringe another person's rights, harass others, distribute malicious code, collect personal information without authorization, or interfere with the website or its security. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address such misuse, subject to applicable law.

Website information and availability

We aim to keep product descriptions and website information accurate. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. We may correct errors and update the website, availability or prices. Such updates do not remove rights arising from an existing order. If a material error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and the available options, including a refund where appropriate.
