Privacy policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Kedino (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you browse our store, place an order, create an account, contact us or otherwise use our services. We are responsible for the personal information we process for our own business purposes. Shopify provides the platform used to operate our store and also processes certain information for its own purposes, as explained below.

Information we collect

  • Contact and order information: your name, email, telephone number if provided, billing and shipping addresses, items purchased, order history, payment status and information needed to arrange payment, delivery or returns.
  • Account information: details used to create, access and maintain an account, where you choose to use one.
  • Communications: messages, reviews, support requests and any information you choose to provide to us.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device details, network information, pages viewed, interactions with the store and information collected through cookies or similar technologies.

We receive information directly from you, automatically through your use of the store and from service providers such as Shopify, payment providers and delivery partners. Payment details are processed through the payment services used at checkout. Please do not send full card details or passwords by email.

How we use information

  • To process payments and orders, deliver purchases, provide account features and manage cancellations, returns and customer support.
  • To send necessary order and service communications.
  • To keep the store secure, detect fraud, troubleshoot problems and improve our products and services.
  • To understand how the store is used and, where permitted and subject to your choices, personalize content, measure advertising and send marketing communications.
  • To comply with legal obligations, maintain necessary business records and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, consent, or legitimate interests such as operating and protecting our business, subject to your rights. Where consent is required for marketing or non-essential cookies, we rely on that consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Cookies and privacy choices

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the store, remember preferences and, where enabled and permitted, understand usage and support advertising. You can manage available options through the cookie or privacy controls displayed on the website and your browser settings. Restricting essential cookies may affect store functionality. For information about Shopify cookies, see Shopify's Cookie Policy.

Depending on your location, you may be able to opt out of targeted advertising or uses of information considered a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable privacy law. Use our Your privacy choices page or contact us. Where applicable, a recognized Global Privacy Control signal is treated as an opt-out request for the browser or device sending it. Other browser signals may not be recognized consistently. These descriptions do not mean that every type of advertising or data sharing is active at all times.

When information is shared

We share information only as relevant to the purposes described in this policy, including with:

  • Shopify and service providers supporting hosting, payments, order fulfillment, shipping, customer support, security, storage and analytics.
  • Marketing or advertising providers where those services are used, subject to required consent and available opt-out rights.
  • Third parties at your direction or with your consent, for example when you choose an integration or request a service.
  • Professional advisers, authorities or other parties where necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

We do not ask you to provide sensitive personal information for advertising or to infer personal characteristics.

Shopify's role

Shopify processes information about your access to and use of the store to provide, secure and improve the services. Information submitted to the store may be shared with Shopify and supporting providers in other countries.

We use Shopify features, including Shopify Network Intelligence, that can combine information from interactions with this store, other merchants and Shopify to protect, improve and personalize services. For processing it carries out for its own purposes, Shopify is responsible for handling the relevant information and rights requests. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify Privacy Portal for more information and available choices.

Children's information

Our products may be intended for children, but shopping, accounts and customer communications are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children or knowingly sell or share the personal information of children under 16 for targeted advertising. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including fulfilling orders, maintaining accounts, meeting legal and recordkeeping requirements, resolving disputes and enforcing agreements. Retention periods depend on the information and purpose involved.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, but no online system or transmission is completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive information through unsecured channels.

International processing

Our service providers may process information outside your country. Where required by applicable law, transfers are protected by an approved adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another valid transfer mechanism. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access personal information, receive a copy, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of targeted advertising and certain sharing. Some rights have legal exceptions or limits.

To make a request, email contact@kedino.com or use the privacy controls available on the website. We may need to verify your identity or the authority of an agent acting for you. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
