Orders and product information

These terms apply to purchases from Kedino. Review the product description, selected size or variant, quantity, delivery details and final order total before paying. Product availability and delivery destinations are shown through the store and checkout.

You must provide accurate contact, delivery and billing information. If an order cannot be fulfilled because of availability, a payment issue, a material listing error or a reasonable fraud concern, we will inform you and refund any payment for items we cannot supply. Any proposed substitution or material change requires your agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices and the currency used for your purchase are displayed in the store and at checkout. The order total, applicable discounts and any taxes or charges collected by us are shown before payment. Shipping is free to available destinations. An external payment provider or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or fees. Price changes apply to future orders and do not retrospectively change an accepted purchase.

Delivery

Order processing is approximately 2–3 days. Regional transit estimates, tracking and non-delivery protection are set out in our Shipping policy. Estimated delivery times do not remove any legal remedy for late or missing goods.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Contact contact@kedino.com promptly to request a cancellation or correction. We will check the order status and explain the available options. If an order has already shipped, applicable return and withdrawal rights remain available.

Our drawing boards have a 60-day money-back guarantee that permits a brief trial, subject to the conditions in our Return and refund policy. It does not cover prolonged use as a change-of-mind return. Mandatory rights for defective or misdescribed products, and statutory withdrawal rights, remain unaffected.

Digital purchases

Digital products are supplied electronically as described on their product pages. They are excluded from the voluntary change-of-mind guarantee, without prejudice to mandatory remedies. A statutory withdrawal right for immediately supplied digital content is lost only where the applicable legal requirements, including any required express consent and acknowledgment, are satisfied.

Applicable protections and contact

These terms supplement our Terms of service. Nothing in either policy limits mandatory consumer protections or remedies available under the law applicable to your purchase.
